All of our garments are 100% handmade, no machines.  We do not pre-stock any of our designs. Each design is made to order.  Lola Kastor’s goal is to complete and ship orders within 7 to 14 work days.  If the order is of an intricate design and/or specific proportions, it may require additional time.  

Order Placing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours.  Once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to the order or cancel.  When the order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. Orders that have been confirmed via email, cannot be cancelled.  

Yarn Availability 

Yarn availability on our Website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock or discontinued.  If chosen yarn is not available, we will contact you via email with other options or when the yarn will be back in stock.

The price displayed on our Website are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.  Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of the yarn, the actual colors may differ slightly depending on your monitor.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds since all orders are made to order.  We will only offer a store credit on any incorrectly manufactured garment; meaning, visual wear appeal.  All garments are meticulously inspected for shape and wear appeal. Due to the nature of the manufacturing of the garment, minor imperfections may be slightly noticeable but considered normal.
